You’ll need a Fashion Resale account to buy or make an offer.  Registration is 100% free, requires only basic information, and includes email verification to keep the marketplace safe, secure, and trusted.

2. Do Your Due Diligence

Every listing on Fashion Resale comes directly from individual sellers, so details like condition, descriptions, photos, and shipping options may vary. Buyers are encouraged to review each listing carefully, compare information, and ask questions before purchasing to ensure a confident, informed, and seamless shopping experience.

3. Review Images & Descriptions

Take the time to carefully review all photos and read the full description of each listing on Fashion Resale. If anything is unclear, contact the seller before making a purchase or submitting an offer. Key questions to consider include:

  • Do the photos accurately reflect the item and its condition?

  • Are the images of the exact piece being sold?

Buyers Premium Refund Policy – The Buyers Premium is fully refundable if the seller does not fulfill the sale, for example, if the item is not shipped, lost in transit, or not delivered as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our Marketplace support team. 7. Finalizing the Sale

Once the Buyers Premium is paid, you’ll be connected directly with the seller. Both buyers and sellers receive each other’s contact information to coordinate final payment, shipping, or local pickup.

The full sale price is paid directly to the seller using the payment method(s) they specify. Buyers are expected to complete payment promptly to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
